Prepare Your Package
- Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ensure all tags and hygiene liners remain intact
- Include your order information inside the package
* Items that have been washed, worn, ironed, or altered cannot be accepted.
Ship Your Return
Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To help reduce return shipping expenses, we recommend sending all items from the same order back together whenever possible.
After shipping your return, please email us a photo of the shipping receipt. This helps us track your return and ensures a smooth and timely refund process.
Please note that returns should not be sent to the shipping address shown on your original package. Only returns sent to the address provided by our support team will be accepted and processed.
