RETURN POLICY

When can I make a return?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be shipped back within this return window.

How can I make a return?

Simply email our customer support team at info@yeese.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return address.

Will I be charged a return shipping fee?

Yes, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend returning items from the same order together to help reduce costs.

Which items are eligible to be returned?

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

When will I receive my refund after returning?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • Credit cards: 7–14 business days
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Why does my order show as delivered but I haven’t received it?

We recommend checking with neighbors, family members, or your local carrier first. If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help investigate.

Currently, Yeese ships to selected countries across Europe and North America, including Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, Austria, and Belgium, among others.

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to your location may not be supported at this time.

How do I track my order?

What should I do if the tracking is stuck?

Tracking updates may pause temporarily during transit or customs clearance. If there’s no update for several days, please contact us at info@yeese.com and we’ll assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are my credit or debit card details secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your information.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your size and color, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Why is there tax on my order?

Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.

What size should I order?

We recommend checking our Size Guide on each product page. As a plus-size brand, Yeese designs are made with comfort and fit in mind, but measurements are the best guide.

Can I make changes to my order?

We completely understand — we change our minds too! Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it at this time. If your item doesn’t work out, you’re always welcome to return it or exchange it after delivery.

Why was my order canceled and payment refunded?

Orders may be canceled due to stock issues, payment verification problems, or suspected fraud. If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund automatically.

Will I receive a tax refund if I return my order?

Any refundable taxes will be returned along with your product refund, in accordance with local regulations.

DISCOUNTS & SALES

Where do I insert a discount code?

The discount code can be applied at checkout. When you are redirected to the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “Gift card or discount code.” Enter your code in the field and click “Apply.” The discount will be reflected in your order total before payment.

Do you have any ongoing sales?

Yes. Our Sale section features ongoing promotions with items that are currently in stock and ready to ship. Availability may be limited, so we recommend checking back regularly for updates.
